These gentle yoga sessions will help you to connect with Nature and the rhythms of the passing seasons. They will give you the opportunity to create the space to look back at the season that has just passed, to get back on track if you have veered off course, and to make plans to realise your dreams in the coming season.
The yoga sessions are gentle, and suitable for most levels of ability. It's a wonderfully relaxing way to start your weekend!

Saturday May 3rd: Celebrate the Celtic festival of Beltane. Gentle yoga to help you to blossom and unfold during this fertile, sensual season. Fire up your passion and make life come alive again!
Saturday June 21st: Yoga to Celebrate the Summer Solstice. Let the Sun inspire your yoga practice! Stay centered and grounded at this busy period of rampant growth. Create space to welcome back the darker half of the year whilst celebrating the longest day.
Saturday August 2nd: Celebrate the Celtic festival of Lammas. Gentle yoga to help you to cultivate gratitude and contentment at this time of first harvest. Take time to acknowledge what you are harvesting and to thank Mother Earth for the harvest.
Saturday September 20th: Autumn Equinox yoga to celebrate the fruitfulness of the season. As the leaves start to fall from the trees contemplate which seeds you wish to incubate over the winter, ready to plant out next spring. Bring body and mind into balance at the equinox.
Saturday November 1st: Yoga to Celebrate the Celtic Festival of Samhain. Gentle yoga to lift your spirits and to lighten up the darker days of autumn and winter. Relaxation and meditation to help you to reconnect with your own inner light. Embrace the healing power of darkness to bring rest, regeneration, and renewal.
Saturday December 20th: Winter Solstice yoga to welcome back the return of the Sun! At this hectic pre-Christmas time take some time out for yourself, to pause, reflect and to connect with the warmth and healing power of your own Inner Sun.
